Westman Atelier Sun Tone Bronzing Drops
This past week in London, we were treated to an unexpected gift—above-average temperatures and consecutive days of glorious sunshine. There’s truly nothing like this city when everyone is basking in vitamin D, free from wool scarves and heavy coats. And with the official start of spring just 10 days away, the latest launch from Westman Atelier couldn’t have arrived at a better time. Enter their new liquid bronzer—a game-changer for achieving a natural, sun-kissed glow. Whether worn over makeup or on bare skin, it blends effortlessly without feeling sticky or streaky. Just one drop is enough to enhance all the key points of the face. Infused with a prebiotic moisturising complex, it doesn’t just add warmth but also nourishes the skin. Application is a breeze as you can use your fingertips, or I prefer blending it in with a brush, especially this one from Makeup by Mario for a seamless finish. I went with the shade Soleil Parfait 2 which is for a medium tan. Here’s to stepping into spring with glowing skin and leaving that ghostly pale complexion behind!

With Love, Meghan
Unpopular opinion (judging by the many harsh reviews I’ve read), but I love Meghan Markle—and I absolutely LOVED this show. I mean, what’s not to love? A stunning woman, effortlessly chic in Loro Piana knits and Lorraine Schwartz pinky rings, cooks and arranges flowers while sipping champagne barefoot in a dreamy, Nancy Meyers-esque Montecito setting? Sounds like the perfect vibe to me! There's a reason the Beach Boys sang about wishing they could all be California girls—sorry to say we’re just that effortlessly cool. As someone who despises cooking, this show actually made me want to step into my kitchen and whip up a pasta dish or a fresh raspberry preserve (not jam, as we learned—that requires equal parts sugar). I’ve already tested adding cold sparkling water to my scrambled eggs, and let me tell you, the fluffiness is next level. Each episode felt like a soothing escape—enchanting, calming, and guided by Meghan’s ASMR-worthy voice, teaching me how to arrange the perfect crudité plate. And don’t even get me started on her handwriting—I immediately found myself Googling calligraphy lessons in my area. To all the critics with their nasty comments? You is mad, you is jealous, and you is a hater! Leave Meghan alone! (Chris Crocker Voice)

The River Cafe
I can’t believe it took me eight years of living in London to finally make my way to thee iconic River Café. Stepping into the restaurant for a Friday afternoon lunch, I was immediately struck by the buzz—a lively crowd of fabulously dressed patrons, golden sunlight streaming through the windows, and a soft breeze swirling through the space. It was pure magic. The menu was effortlessly simple yet utterly delicious. To start, we paired the chargrilled squid with a light, perfectly crisp pizzetta topped with potato and Taleggio. Next came the handmade pasta with slow-cooked tomatoes—fresh, flavourful, and honestly something I could imagine Miss Markle serving up. The Dover sole followed, accompanied by a vibrant salad filled with the most delicious peas I’ve ever tasted. And for the grand finale? A lemon tart that struck the perfect balance between creamy and tart—a perfect ending to a perfect meal! I highly recommend booking well in advance; in fact, I’ve already secured a May reservation to savor an al fresco lunch!

Tulips from Flowerbx
Like my fellow West Coast girlie, Meghan Markle, I adore filling my home with fresh flowers. While not everyone has the time to visit their local flower market and curate an artisanal arrangement, everyone has 30 seconds to order a fabulous bouquet online. I’ve been a longtime fan of Flowerbx—both for myself and when sending thoughtful arrangements to friends in London or the States. Their aesthetic? Simple, elegant, and effortlessly chic. Specialising in single-variety bouquets of fresh, seasonal blooms, Flowerbx makes it easy to bring a touch of beauty into any space. I’m currently crushing on their vibrant tulips—they bloom beautifully throughout the week, serving as a gorgeous reminder that spring and the marvellously long days of BST are just around the corner!

Beauty Blender’s Liquid Lavender Brush Cleanser
Did you know you should be washing your makeup brushes every 7-10 days? YIKES. I’ll admit, I’m definitely guilty of stretching that timeline just a bit… After learning this (slightly alarming) fact and doing a spring clean of my makeup and beauty products, I decided to step up my brush care game. I picked up the Beauty Blender liquid cleanser along with the Keep It Clean mitt and made a vow to stay on top of my brush maintenance! Using them together is super easy—just cleanse the brushes in warm water on the mitt, rinse, and lay the brushes on a clean towel to dry overnight. You just know this is something Meghan does regularly, likely with her own hand-picked lavender salts and ultra-soft bamboo towels.
